Kitchen: Easily whip up anything from a full meal or a quick snack in our fully-equipped kitchen
First Bedroom: Queen bed located on the first floor
Second Bedroom: 2 twin beds located on the second floor with an air conditioning window unit
Third Bedroom: Queen bed located on the second floor
Dining room: Seating for up to six people and great for family meals!
Living room: Comfy couches and a large tv are great for movie nights!

Outdoor Living

Step outside to enjoy views of the lake, complete with a fire pit (we supply the firewood!)
Sizzle up delicious meals on our brand new propane gas grill and enjoy a memorable alfresco feast under the twinkling stars.
Enjoy a game of corn hole or take our canoe out on the water.
We now have two docks at Eagles Point! The first dock is perfect for sitting and reading, located right in front of the house. The second dock is designed for docking boats and is situated in a sheltered cove, making it one of the safest spots on Lake Leelanau. It provides secure mooring and peace of mind in any weather conditions.

The Lake

Lake Leelanau includes two bodies of water, usually referred to as North Lake Leelanau and South Lake Leelanau— and covers about 8,608 acres. Eagle’s Point is located at the very south end of South Lake Leelanau and is in close proximity to Traverse City- yet in the heart of Leelanau County.
